Shadow smiled as he walked over to her and again put his paw on her waist and he cuddled with Midnight like she was his lover which in his heart she was he snuggled his head into her and fell asleep.

Midnight awoke early morning and without waking the others left towards the lake.

Shadow woke up a few moments later to find that Midnight had left. He picked Coda and Milo up gently without waking them and walked toward the lake to give them a bath.

Milo opened her eyes and said "Who's first?"

"Coda your silly" Milo said as she jumped in after Coda.
Shadow laughed as he walked to the water and laid down on his back letting the water keep him a float.

Midnight surfaced and smiled slightly seeing Coda,Milo and Shadow a little way away playing in the water.
Coda laughed "I know I am."

Milo swam over to Coda and she playfully bit him.
Shadow saw Midnight and he swam over to her.
