"Thanks" he said smiling at her he then laid behind her and put his paw over her waist like two lover wolves would do he then snuggled into her like lover's would do. "Just go to bed and I will protect you and Milo and Coda."

Midnight snuggled close to him and slowly closed her eyes before begging to drift off to sleep.

Shadow was laying beside her as he heard rustling in the bushes. He got up making sure not to wake her up.
A big male wolf came out and said "Where is she Shadow."
Shadow said "You will have to fight me for her."

Midnight moved slightly in her sleep and put her paws over her nose.

The male wolf ran towards Midnight at full throttle.
Shadow ran and got in front of him and tackled him to the ground growling low in his throat "Leave now or I will kill you."

Midnight's eyes flickered open and she bounced to her feet. She growled loudly. Standing infront of Coda and Milo.

Shadow went crazy he used his mind powers to lift Coda's father in the air he then puffed up and turned red he was in the sky as he blew up the fire inside blew up leaving body parts flying everywhere.
