Faith started to day dream her music blasting loud into her ears. The looked down at her note book and began to quickly write down a few things about the english assignment they had just been given.

Edward was in his new car it was the newest hybrid out on the lot he had gotten it from his dad Carlisle Cullen which was a doctor.

Tyler of Yvaines friends skidded around the corner in is van and headed straight towards Faith.
Faith turned in time to see a the van sailing towards her but couldn't move. In that moment her life began to flash before her eyes.

Edward saw it he then ran over and grabbed the side of the truck then put his hand on the fender of the van he was standing next to Faith. The van then stopped.

Faith looked up at her wided eyed trying to get her breath back to say something. "Y...you.....stopped." That was all she could manage to let escape from her lips.
Tyler pooped his head out the van "I'm sorry Faith, I tried to turn."

Faith tried to scramble to her feet slowly.

He looked at him and said "Sometimes when people get worried they get the extra power they need" he said as he walked away.

Tyler phoned and ambulance and one soon arrive to pick him and Faith up.

He was now driving home as he was talking to Rosalie on the phone getting yelled out for almost blowing there cover.

Faith sat in the hospital. Her dad came in and started ranting at Tyler as Faith tried to calm him down. "Dad, I'm okay." she and repeated for the fifth time when Dr. Cullen finally came to see her.
"You look okay, just take things slow and lie down for awhile." He'd said after checking her over.
Faith bit her lip lightly "You know, it would have been a whole lot worse if Edward wasn't there. He pushed me out of the way."

"I guess you were just lucky." Dr.Cullen smiled then left.
Faith looked at her dad "I'm going to ring mum and put her mind at rest." she rolled her eyes at him and left the same way as Dr.Cullen she leaned close to the side of the wall around the corner when hearing a family argument and Edwards voice.
