Shay smiled. "Nice to meetcha Koti." She said. Shay stretched. "I vote them in. Just saying. Anyone who wants to do what we do ispretty legit in my book." Shays stomache growled loudly and she rubbed her stomache and smiled cutely. "Sorry, I'm always hungry." She beamed and twirled her dark hair around one finger.

Tom snorted. "Of course I can take the heat. Look at who I hangout with." He pointed to Koti and shook his head. "And he asks if I can take the heat. Im insulted." He placed hjs hands on his heart. And then smiled brillantly at Payne, she was pretty cool and cute. "It's gonna be a sick scar." He said with a nod. "So cool."

Shay stretched and nodded. "Ok, well. Prime surf hours are almost up, so how about we continue the conversation in my truck on the way to the beach, yes?"

Payne laughed at the rumble from Shay's stomach. "I dunno were you put it girl but you eat...a lot." She laughed again and nodded "Yeah I suppose we better go before your stomach implodes." She smirked. "Not before you catch me do a tripple backflip though." She insisted.
Koti laughed at Tom "I'm sorry my bad, it's just you know, your dare devil ways have slowed down lately." He teased and looked over at Shay beaming. "Ming if we tag along?" He paused and looked over at Payne "There's no way you can pull off a tripple on these ramps."
Payne scoffed. "I accept that challenge. Shay get the camera rolling." She ordered with a smirk before dropping off thr ramp. She picked up air moving quicker and quicker from one ramp to the other before throwing her whole body backwards. Enough air caught her to flip just under three times. Unfortunatly the landing didn't go to well. Payne screamed a little as she crashed the the floor and groaned inbetween laughing as she pushed herself up off the floor coughing.

Shay, had caught it all on camera and raised fist in the air. "Hell yeah Payne! Way to go!." Shay laughed and rubbed the back of her neck. She put her camera in her backpack and grinned over at Koti and Tom before beaming back. "You can totally join us. There's plenty of room in my truck for yous." Shay looked at the sun and rubbed her stomache. "Paynes right, I'm always hungry." Shay studied Koti for a long moment before smiling. He was pretty cute. Shay pulled her hair up into a ponytail and amiled sweetly. "Payne! Scrap yourself off the floor before it gets too late and the sharks get hungry instead of me."
Tom looked indignantly at Koti. "I've just had a lack of inspiration to do anything. My daredevilnes had slowed down at all!" He growled. He walked over to Payne and smiled. "Nice job. The landing sucked." He laughed, and offered her a helping hand. "I'm Tom, by the way. Since i didn't introduce myself earlier, I think. Or maybe I did. I dunno." He laughed at himself. "I think we cn handle the heat."

Koti laughed "Well I wouldn't worry about that, you might eat a lot but you have like no meat on you.". He fluffed her hair playfully and clammbered into the passenger seat tilting his head a little as he watched Tom and Payne scramblle up to the truck. He shook his head and looked back at Shay. "So you surf then? That's pretty neat, mostly girls around here barely skate let alone surf." He smirked looking at her through his fridge. " Probably has something to do with the fact that it's a harder sport but I have the feeling it's not hard for you at all."
"That sucked." Payne retorted at Shay rubbing the back of her head. She looked up at Tom from the floor and scoffed. "I'd like to see you land a trick like that on ramps that small. Do you know how hard that is?" She took his hand, if not a little reluctantlly and brushed off her clothes. She limped a little and within three steps forced her foot to meet the floor wincing a little. She lookwd at Tom and nodded lightly. "I'm Rayne or Payne, depending on what you perfer." She lent down and picked her board up and closed her eyes cringing as the whole of her spine cracked. "I swear one day I'm going to fall apart." She chuckled and clambered into the back seat.

"Ah, but that could be a bad thing. I can eat someones house out of food and their parents would think it was their kid." Shay retorted. She fluffed his hair in return and playfully stuck her tongue out at him. "And yeah well, Most girls live here to be movie stars. I was never like that. When I moved here, my dad bought me my first board. And I've been in love with the water since." Shay shook her head. "Surfing is always a challenge for the perfect wave, the perfect off-the-lip. Perfect everything. I'm good, but the ocean is unpredictable. It's what I like about surfing." Shay inhaled and started playing A Day To Remember on her stereo. She didn't mention the other parts. The real reason her dad bought her that board, why they moved. Or about her brother. They were demons she'd rather not fight today. "But being in the water like that? It's the biggest rush I could ever get."

Tom smiled at Payne. "So if we get you a bigger ramp, you saying you could do it, huh?" He challenged. "I'll build you a bigger ramp." He put his hands behind his head and got comfortable in the truck. Payne impressed him, she had obviously hurt her ankle but push straight through it. It was rare to find a girl with any pain tolerance, much less one that was in pain and push through it. "And nah, you won't fall apart. That's what hospitals are for. They put ya back together."

"Hmmm I guess your right. Mannn, I feel sorry for whatever guy takes you out on a date, that resturant bill must be like huge." He chuckled and turned up the radio tapping his hand on the side of the truck in rythum to the beat of the song. "Aren't you sort of here for the movies though? I mean you start in your interenet thing with Payne or, let me guess, the lime light and attention is more of her thing?" He snickered. He smiled a little listening to her talking about surfing and fluffed up his hair tilting his head to one side. "I guess maybe I'll try it one time."
"Yeah you guys go surfing, leave the swimming with the sharks to me." Payne called from the back seat kicking the chair lightly before pausing. "Actually...swimming with sharks sounds good to me, we should do that. I love sharks afterall." She smirked and looked back at Tom cocking an eyebrow. "You'd really build me a half pipe that big?" Payne bit her lip lightly and grinned "Well yeah, I could do it on bigger ramps. I could build up enough air to land it in time you see." She explained before laughing a little. "What if I don't want to be put back together huh? Maybe I'm so emotionally damaged im on a road to self destruction and this is how I get my kicks before I finally kill myself in a stunting accident." She teased with a dark smile.

"Haha. Most boys don't take me on dates to begin with. And the ones that do don't even know who Travis Pastrana is, or Alana Blanchard. So I end the night right there." Shay shrugged. and stuck her elbow out of the window. "Swimming with sharks. humm..that IS a good idea. Let's do it." She paused before answering. "Limelight isn't really my thing. I like my board, anything that really stupid, I like that too." She lifted up her arm, showing him her tattoo. "The internet thing is helping getting my name out there though. If the look me up and catch me getting some sick waves after they see the videos. I'm on my way to getting sponsored. And that takes me one step closer." She pulled up to the beach and grinned in a challenge. "Maybe. Or maybe you'll just fail epically at it, and give me a good laugh." She grabbed her board out of the back and headed towards the water, somehow simultaneously pulling off her shirt and pants while dragging her surfboard to the shore. "Maybe you should fix the emotional damage so you can stay to do these crazy stunts for longer, then."

"Yeah I'll build you a ramp that big. I have enough stuff to do it. And if I need help, one of the boys can do it just fine." Tom laughed, and clamored out of the truck, watching Shay run and take off clothes. "How in the hell does she do that?" He asked Payne, raising his brows quizzically. He pulled his brows together. "You wanna swim with sharks? That sounds like a party." He laughed to himself for a second, then rolled his neck and offered a hand to help Payne out of the car. "

"Thats a little harsh don't you think?" Koti laughed and shook his head a little. "Yeah there's more chance of me drowning in waves than riding them." Koti smirked and headed down onto the beach sitting down comfortably in the warm sands. "Why don't you get redbull to sponder you? I mean I'm sure they have competitions every few months and well I bet you'd win it hands down." He watched her as she ran off towards the waters and tilted his head to once side raising an eyebrow as she underdressed whilst still running towards the water. "She's a new breed of girl all on her own." He muttered under his breath leaning back onto his elbows.
Payne looked about them and watched Shay and opened the car door making a point of climbing out herself she ywaned flopping down into the sand next to Koti. "I guess when she's done surfing I'll head over to the nearest fish store, by me some bait and then do some unsupervised diving with sharks." She chuckled. "Maybe I'll lose an arm and get a month or two off school." She frowned a little. "Guess it would end my skating career though." She shrugged looking back at Shay. "Years of practice?"

Shay ran into the water, and as soon as she was knee-deep in. She laid on the board and paddled and dove herself out. She pushed her board over and under all the waves that were too little, and sat, waiting for her set. She spotted and nice wave and as soon as she stood up, it was magic on the water. She did a vertical off the top and almost 360ed into a normal off the top, had a nice barrel. and jumped over the wave and jumped off the lip. She always loved the first wave, it competitions it was the one that she'd give her all in, to set herself up to repeat the process and get the high scores. When the waves paused for more then 10 minutes, she came in and stretched languidly across the board. "Redbulls fine. I just like Rip Curl. They make almost all the gear I own. Them and Billabong are tied nicely."

Tom put down his hand and laughed. "You like to live in the dangerous world of geniuses, don't you?" He joked. Then rubbed the back of his neck when he realized that made practically no sense and smiled awkwardly, heading for the sand. "I dunno. You could be the Bethany Hamilton of skateboarding, get a movie made about you and stuff. y'know?" He smiled breifly. Then glanced over at where Shays clothes lay. "I don't think I could do that unless I had at least an extra arm."

Koti watched Shay skate and almost felt his jaw drop. She was amazing. Better than he had expected, which he kind of felt guilty for thinking now. "Billabong is the way forward man. I own a lot of stuff under that brand myself. That and No Fear." He stood up brushing his pants off. "So are you going to give me a lesson then or do I have to try and drown all by myself?"

Payne raised an eyebrow at him and shook her head before looking at Koti. "No Fear's okay. Element, Camp Kill Yourself and Nine Lives are my personal favirotes though all the best boys created them you know." She cooed playfully. "You can't beat Deuce Erlitchmon and Bam Margera." She looked back at Tom and shrugged "I don't think one arm would suit me." She laughed at his comment about needing an extra arm. "Well with a lot of practice of running up into the bedroom you soon get good at it. Isn't that right Shay?" Payne shouted playfully from the safety of the sand.

Shay laughed and raised a brow. "Well are you gonna swim in your shirt?" She laughed at him and motioned for him to follow her into the water. "And yeah, I like Billabong. I even buy Billabong boys t-shirts if they're cool looking." She got knee-deep in the water and sat on her board. "hurry up slowpoke. The sharks start to feed at sundown." Shay laughed and gave Payne the finger. "Working the corner is so hard nowadays. Boys want you to change into mid uniforms all the time." She called back in between laughs.

Tom laughed at everyone and laid in the sand, rolling around on it to his stomach. "I don't know. Incredible people can acomplish incredible things, y'know? Like the guy that said the world was round and got killed for it? And it turned out the world was actually round and everyone else was stupid?" Tom nodded. "He was pretty legit."

Koti laughed "You getting me out of my clothes already? Isn't that my job? And it's only the first date!" He teased and pulled of his shirt rolling his muscles in his shoulders lightly before kicking off his shoes and shoes before jobbing into the water hovering close to were Shay sat on her surfboard. "Okay so how does this thing work?"

"Do you always ramble on with like the most useless information known to man?" She laughed and pulled her shirt off leaving her black dotted bekini top. She slipped off her jeans tossing them into the sand pulling of her element skate shoes. "Well I'm heading to the shop to buy like half a cow, see you losers in a minute." She called heading towards the road not bothering to rethink her strategy of not wearing shoes.

"Uhm. Didn't you just hear me say I work the corner, obviously its my job." Shay hopped off the board and motioned him forward once again. "First, you get on the board, dumbyy." Shay teased lightly. Smiling at him, she leaned forward and and waited for him to make his way closer, wading in the waves and glancing up at the sky, it was a beautiful, cloudless day. The kind shay liked the least. Cloudless days had less good waves to catch.

"If your getting half a cow, let me help you carry it." Always the gentleman, he was. Tom stood up and brushed the sand off his jeans before climbing out to follow her. "and sometimes, when it comes to my head." He pointed to his head and his mouth. "Here and here doesn't have a filter."

Koti laughed. "You can add pushy to your corner list too." He laughed and pressed down on the board swinging one leg over the board. "Okay then so I get that I wait for a wave now but is their like a technique?" He breathed "Well to like remaining standing? Because I really don't fancy falling off when the sharks are about to take play in the waters."

"Honestly I can handle a dead animal by my self....actually thats a lie. Dead animals make me feel ill if they have a face or remote animal shape." She tilted her head to one side moving across the road swiftly to avoid cutting her feet. "Dead humans on the other hand....no problem." She cocked her head to one side looking over at Tom again. "Yes, I rather noticed that."

"Pushy? I'm supposed to push. I'm the teacher here." Shay laughed and stood next to the board. "When the wave is small, you just cup your hands and paddle out. But if a wave is about to crash or is pretty big. Grab here.." She moved his hands in the position they needed to be in, fingers under the board, palms pressing into it. "And push yourself and the board under the wave." Shay smiled wickedly and him and leaned on the board. "You need to get under the waves before you learn how to stand on them, young grasshopper. And you're more of a target on the board then off. Sharks have piss poor eyesight, but the can tell I'm not a fish or a seal." Shay grinned. "Though, I wouldn't worry. Its not time yet, or I wouldn't be in the water."

Tom laughed. "Then I'll be the one looking at it, huh?" He asked with a raised brow. He put his hands behind his head, his dark hair falling into his green eyes. "The difference between animals and humans is that we, as humans, have a superiority complex. Humans who do bad things?" Toms eyes flashed dangerously. "I have no problem with seeing them dead." Tom rubbed his neck and stared at his feet for a moment. "Yeah, its a babbling thing I never could get rid of."
