Well Jacob seems too well not her type because she is really quiet.
Andrew is also louder and hate book worms. But she's a major book worm.

Well I can't change to much about them, otherwise the character would be all messed up.

If you wanted to use a Valentine, I'd go more with a Slytherin girl.

Thus, it would create some drama between Charlotte and the girl that decides to go after one of her brothers.
